Windscreen canopy Lift the Dot Posts
« on: September 20, 2018, 10:32:32 AM »
Would anyone have a set of lift a dot posts that mount to the windscreen frame that is surplus to their needs? im happy to pay but would like an original set if anyone can spare them.

the new ones available from trimmers all seem to have a more pointed profile to the original more rounded two rivet posts that came on the moke

Thanks

Trenton

Incidentally, Leyland sourced the LTD components from Carr Fastener Company. According to the engineering drawing (I can post it if of interest) they were Carr part numbers 848 (single 1/4") and 849 (double 1/2"). Leyland part numbers are MYH0094 and 0095 respectively.

According to the Moke parts book there are 13 singles and 4 doubles, all held on by pop-rivets.
