Some more from yesterday at King's Square. Brilliant organisation by the WA guys, getting us to the rendezvous, marshalling us into the pedestrian area, looking after the Mokes while some of us snuck off for a look round town and even supplying drip mats for under the Mokes. Thanks a million, guys.   :) :) :) :) :)

Viv's Ute. The superb tray was made by one of the WA TAFE teams, using the original as a template:

Allan W (Ls1380)

Samm adding another sticker to his under-bonnet travelogue:

The Rat:

Shorty's immaculate engine bay:

And a very recent rebuild in WA by John:

Anita and Alan's Moke with a patriotic touch:

Jason's unmolested ute:

... and his Moke and trailer combo:

This guy turned up trying to convince us he's a Moke:

This one from local artist Greg James:

Terry's Desert Storm:

Centre: Alishia's Moke.   Right: Bridget's Moke, complete with board detailing significant events in 1972 - including Bridget's wedding!

Dale:

Mokes L to R: Woody, Moke 71 (with very suspicious looking character in front!)

Left: Molly Moke.  Right: Mazy (Vicki)

Left to Right: MadDog (Red Cali), Craig in Coxy's Moke, and Moke My Day

Both Mokes in this pic belong to Sam in WA:

A simply sensational day!

what is the correct noun for  a collection of mokes :  a gaggle ,   a swarm,  a hive ,,,,,   anyway they are great pictures and look like excellent vehicles.   Considering the wet/ mud/ scud of previous days there must have been some elbow grease used to cleanse those beasties.   very well presented vehicles gents and ladies

Thanks SA, Mav, FNQ, HP, Newie and all. Wish each of you was here to add to the fun, but next time I hope?

It has been great seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Lots of questions from our WA friends about other Moke friends on the forum, and lots of enthusiasm for the next Mokefest  :) :) :)

From the number of pics I saw being taken on our run today I think there will be a lot more posts tomorrow from people here!
