Introducing the Forum Support Group
« on: January 02, 2014, 12:04:41 PM »
The Forum Support Group has been set up to include a wider range of input and ideas from the members to help improve the Forum, set the direction and implementation of new features. It has come about from offers from people to help with the running of the forum and people just wishing to contribute in some way and assist with the workload of running the Forum.

From the many great responses to a request for feedback about the Future of the Forum sent to around 30 to 40 past and present people in late 2013, the members of the FSG took up an offer to be apart of this ongoing process to improve the Forum and improve the communication channels between the members and the management of the Forum. The FSG is there for you to be able to ask your questions about the running and management of the Forum and to bring your ideas to the group for discussion and to see the wider viewpoint of the general forum population.

At the time of writing this there are still discussions going on about the exact roles and responsibilities of the Forum Support Group that will be resolved as time goes on, however they are available and interested in being your advocate for the running and development of the Forum. Please understand that the FSG does not get involved in day to day moderating issues and any concerns there should be directed to the moderator(s).

The members of the FSG can be identified by the words Forum Support Group under their Username on each of their posts and can be contacted by sending them a PM. The individuals can be identified by two green Moke icons under their name. Currently there are 11 members in the FSG.
