Doing some research today I came across this:

For those who want to notch pipes to weld together it makes it really easy as all you need to do is enter in your pipe sizes and angels and print out the template, put it on your pipe then grind the pipe to fit.  Thought it'd be handy to post up for anyone making or thinking of making their own Bumper Bars or Roll Bars.  Really neat, I played with it today and printed a couple of times all in scale too.
