Round Up Merchandise

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON ATTENDING THE 2017 ROUND UP IN TAMWORTH

The time has finally arrived when we need to start getting serious about ordering the merchandise for the 2017 Tamworth Moke Round Up.

We are just putting the final touches on the order forms for the shirts and grille badges, which will be the only items that we will be asking people to pre-order and pay for prior to the event, and anticipate this will all be ready for publishing this evening

All who are registered for the event will be getting a newsletter with a link to the order form delivered to them this evening and we will need it completed and submitted by next Saturday night if you expect to pick up your shirt(s) and/or grille badges at the event!
There will also be a "Merchandise" button to click on the web page soon, which will direct you to the order form and information pages, if you'd prefer to order that way.
If you have registered, but don't want any merchandise, please contact us advising you do not require merchandise, so that we know we haven't missed you.

We are still not asking for payment at this stage. For accounting reasons we really don't want any money until after March 1, but rest assured, we will be invoicing everyone then for the Registration Fee ($35 per vehicle) and whatever merchandise you have pre-ordered.

Timeframes are tight however, when it comes to getting shirts ordered and embroidered in time, so everyone's assistance in getting their orders through to us as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated

So check your inboxes regularly over the weekend folks and let us know what you'd like.

Invoices have been out for a couple of weeks now, and after an initial burst, payments have been trickling in.

Thanks to all of those who have already paid, but there are still quite a few unpaid invoices in our system. For those who are left, if it has simply slipped your mind, please help us out by getting it paid as soon as you can.

If you have registered and/or ordered merchandise and haven't received an invoice, you certainly should have by now, so please contact us and we will sort it out.

If on the other hand you have received your invoice, but funds are tight and you need some time to pay, please PM me and let me know. We are more than happy to wait a while or work out a confidential payment arrangement but if you don't contact us, we don't know the situation.

A reminder to everybody that we're placing a final order for shirts shortly, and you are welcome to order within the next week. We'll be placing the order on Tuesday 18 April, so please use the online order form at www.mokeroundup.com.au/order-form.html

If we can get the shirt to you by Shank's Pony or other cost-free means, then we won't charge for postage.
