Tamworth Round Up Accommodation

Austin Tourist Park (Moke Central) have given us a special deal for attendees of the Round Up.

All cabins in the park have been reserved for us over the period of the event, and there are always plenty of camp sites available. Because they are reserved for us, you won't be able to book online. You need to ring the park and tell them you are with the Moke group to make a booking.

They have a variety of cabins available ranging from budget non-ensuite ones, up to very nice, near new holiday cabins.

Their standard rates are as follows:

The big deal for this year, is a generous discount for those who stay a minimum of 5 nights. Book for five nights in which ever level of accommodation suits your style/budget and the rates drop as follows:

Austin are happy to start taking bookings anytime from here on in. They would appreciate a deposit of 70% of the total tariff paid by September 30th 2018 – either as two payments or by instalments – and they will set this out in the confirmation email that will be sent out when you book.

We checked in with Austin Tourist Park today (aka Moke Central) and they have 10 cabins booked to Mokers for the Round Up so far, with 11 still available.

That may seem like plenty, but as we've said before, all cabins are not created equal, so it will pay to get in sooner rather than later if you're wanting a cabin to make sure that you get what you want.

Please read the opening post on this thread carefully first though, particularly the part about ringing them and letting them know you're with the Moke Round Up so that you'll definitely get in and get the discount (for 5 nights or more)

Accommodation update :

There are still 5 cabins of various sizes/styles available for the Round Up. They are also still reserved for Mokers.

The weekend of the Round Up is a very busy time for Austin Tourist Park as there are a couple of large events in Tamworth over that weekend, so if you haven't booked please do so asap (as they would like to fill the cabins with non-Mokers if we don't fill them).

Also, if you are after a powered site please book one as these are in demand as well.
