SMOG Northern Beaches cruising 29th July

After a run to the snow,  now the surf is up...a run to the Northern Beaches 29th July... First meeting point McDonald's Windsor at 8 am then onto Dural IGA for 8:45... Through Galston gorge into the Ku-ring-gai chase national park and morning tea at Akuna bay, then over to Palm Beach for lunch...great opportunity for a short run before the Rylstone classic..
