82 Moke Side Filler neck needed

The rebuild of my 82 Moke Californian has finally begun.  As part of the build, I am adding a second tank on the LHS in preparation for a long distance journey we are planning.  I am looking for the part(s) in this post:  https://www.mokeforum.com.au/index.php?topic=10735.msg135180#msg135180 .  Basically the filler neck and rubber elbow.

Any help would be appreciated.  As I live in Canada, it's unlikely I'll find one in a wreckers yard around here 

By the way, as a long time follower on this site, I have really appreciated all of the knowledge that you are all willing to share.  A real shame what Photobucket did to all of the really early posts though..

Sorry, I'm adding a RHS tank.  The Moke is upside-down on the rotisserie right now.
