Hi to all moke membe
« on: January 07, 2019, 10:16:53 PM »
Hi I originally joined the forum almost 10 years ago and then I sold my moke what a mistake that was. I was recently offered another moke at a reasonable price so decided to buy it. I bought it sight unseen as it was in Tasmania and I am in Queensland so I took a gamble. It was a farm moke used to go between properties only had 67000 on the speedometer but unfortunately had been sitting in a shed for over 15 years. When I got it home the mud had been caked on for a long time so it is a full rebuild.
The moke was stripped back to a bare shell and is currently on its side having new panels welded in.
The original colour is devil yellow and I am trying to decide on what colour I would like.

Welcome aboard Sparrow,
Unfortunately, when Mokes sit around like that, theres going to be some panel work.
What year model Moke have you got?
Sounds like you've got progress, which is great.

Welcome back Sparrow, you will probably recognise some members that were around back 10yrs ago.
Good luck with the build, and as they say "The best Moke is a Yellow Moke"
