I repaired someones years ago by drilling out pedal lever larger and fitting a small bush. At the time I didn't have access to a lathe so I found I think 12mm round and drilled it out and welded in. Maybe the wreckers might have pedals?? If you don't have access to welder.

Hi,
if you do decide to buy some, check the that the casting numbers in each peddle are the same as yours and are a match, i.e. Left and Right.
