Tub holes for fuel, brake lines and electrical
« on: April 05, 2019, 03:41:07 PM »
Can anyone tell me what size are the 4 holes in the tub where the fuel, brake line and electrics go through the tub and into the pontoons. Two each side under the little covers near the dash. I don’t want to drill them out and find that I have to get special grommets cause they are not the right size.
Thanks

I don't know the original factory sizes but be aware that Bunnings and Clarke Rubber have a huge range of rubber grommets so you will be able to solve your problem regardless of hole size.

Thanks, I will shop for grommets before making holes

Hi Mr Wobbly Boot,

Here's a list of holes and grommet sizes I did years ago...

I agree with winabbey - if you don't already have holes in the body get the grommets first and make the holes to suit. They do need to be a decent size though to get the pipes and battery cable through without a fight. ;)
