Bay to Birdwood Media Event - Adelaide
« on: September 10, 2019, 05:45:59 PM »
Hi all

just wondering if anyone here is participating in the bay to birdwood media event on Thursday morning at Victoria park?

The mini is the main attraction for the bay to birdwood event later in Sept and they are doing a media event on Thursday trying to get as many minis as possible to highlight the mini in its 60th year.

I will be going but not sure if I should take a moke or a mini

here are some pics from today.

heres is the start of the laps

a few mokes there but this was a cracker of a stretch Moke

and for Pete Power I found some seats for you

I took the mini panelvan today and there was a total of just over 60 minis and four mokes, apparently studio ten did a live cross at about 10.15 this morning.

I also met Bailey who is the owner of the moke that appeared on RBT recently.

hi terry,

not participating in the bay to birdwood, I prefer to go and have breakfast with the cars where the cars meet at the starting point.

the blue moke is named the rubber duck

I dont think Ive seen a stretch Moke like that one before. Looks like its been done really well.
