PART NUMBERS
« on: April 07, 2009, 01:19:07 PM »
Right!  While you buggers are down playing at Mokefest 2009, I have decided to trawl through previous posts, looking for quoted part numbers.  I will add to this list as entries arrive on this thread and modify the next post, so that all new entries appear in alphabetical order with a reference point if required.  You will see what I mean as I add to the next entry.  Any inputs to this post appreciated by me (and hopefully others) when looking for parts.

speaking with Chippy Dave recently, who stumbled upon this thread, and commented how handy it was for him to go to a National Auto parts retailer and rattle off part numbers for them to look up and order in if necessary.  Made the whole routine very easy, according to Dave.

I have added a few other part numbers tonight.  If you know of any that are missing, add them to this thread and I will place them in the list in alphabetical order.

Just thought I would give this a "BUMP" for those who missed it earlier in the year.

Daft question, can you buy front and rear lap belts in Australia and where do you buy them from?

Keep up the good work Brad, this is a great thread  ;D

Yep  Part number added for webbing to clip instead of stalk to clip.

Purchased some recently from repco for around $60 per belt and buckle.
Klippan Lap Belt and webbing buckle K2258
Other references on seat belts within parts list also speak of stalk lengths.

Came across this thread while transferring old ones across from the old moke.com.au forum (yes, the process is still going on  ::)) and thought it was too useful to leave back in 2009. Maybe someone has a few more part numbers handy which they could add to the list?

Great find there Newie
Could we make this a Sticky topic or otherwise get Terry or MD to add onto the Mokwerx site.

Cheers

Yes, wants to be kept somewhere, but not sure where?

Thought about putting it on the FAQ board, but can't find a suitable category.

Maybe Maddog could convert it into an article for the MokeWerx site, but it would be nice if it had a few more entries first. I've set it as a sticky for the time being so that it doesn't get lost until someone comes up with a better idea  :)

Hi,

I was down the auto shop today and the idea of listing part numbers for seat belts came to mind again and I had forgotten about this thread. It could be the basis for an article over at MokeWerx but also just as a reference for items at the end of a related.

But it is all time of course.

Way ahead of you Newie! ;)

I asked TLP about it months ago - just haven't got around to doing anything about it yet...... :-[

There are a few to add like radiator caps and fan belts etc. - but if anyone has any more then post them up so I can include them as well.

Cheers, MD.

Hi All,

Does anyone have any additions or changes to add to this list? Mainly looking for part numbers you can quote at your local SuperAutoRealCheapCo.

I'm going to copy it to MokeWerx soon to be available as a downloadable/printable PDF shopping list, so nice to have the most up to date version to work with.

Unfortunately the forum doesn't allow PDF's or attachments, but I'll put a link here when it's done. Of course you can always copy and paste the list above if you want to print it out in the meantime. ;)

Thanks again to TLP for a great idea.

Cheers, MD.

I came across this PDF service parts list while looking for info on panels. It may have been posted before, but nonetheless:

http://www.minimania.com/pdfile/moke%20body%20service%20parts%20list.pdf

I am good with pictures but useless with part names. I am thinking of printing out a few pages and colouring in the panels that Mikey needs, then sending the picture to minisport with an order form  ;)
