Thanks Pete and Mark, I'm very happy with it.

We used PPG Autothane 2 pack. Followed the recommendation of my spray painter as he only uses 2 pack and has been using Autothane and other PPG paints for many years. In his opinion Autothane is "as good as any and cheaper than most good quality paints". Cost about $270.00 for 2.5L of paint plus small tins of hardener and activator.(Paid for 2.5 but they gave me 3 and there was a bit over 1L left over after three coats)

Kootingal Motor Club show was on last weekend and luckily snuck in just before everything got cancelled, which gave me the perfect incentive to get Cool Breeze back together.

Took longer than I thought, with a bit of repair and touch up painting of various components as I went along.

I left the roll bar and canopy off for now, partly for fear of damaging the fresh paint which was only a few days old at that stage, and also partly due to a severe lack of time!

Exactly!!  Only been going to the KMC show for about 10 years at the same time each year  :).

There were several midnight shed nights to get as far as I did!  ;D

Thanks Mazy, but I was pretty confident that if anyone would like the resto, it would be you  ;D

It's very bright and I'm sure you'll love it in the flesh. Hopefully you'll get to see it in Tamworth if things settle down by October.  :-\
