« on: November 04, 2012, 07:05:57 PM »
Hi all Tamworth mokers
I'd like to thank u all for such a great weekend. I loved ever minute of it.

A BIG thanks to Newie and KMC for putting on such a great event.
And all the hard work they and the rest put in to make it such a success

I did have a bit of bad luck
I lost my I-phone >:( with all my photos of the weekend. So all I have is in my head.
If any of you want to share some of your photos of the weekend with me
Would really make me happy

If u wish to send me some photos of the beautiful mokes
Please send them to my email

Mokesinc@gmail.com

That would really make my day

Cheers

Hey Jack,
Did you loose your phone at the Tammworth event or was it on you drive home?
If it was at the event, let's hope one of our helpful and honest Mokers found it and you can get both, you phone and your photos back.
Along with all the random shot they take with you phone first.

Anyone found an iPhone lately?

Anyone found an iPhone lately?

Funny you ask. I did pick one up near the Golden Guitar, but seemed broken, every time you touched the screen it would change  ::) ,  so I threw it back on the road where I found it.

But more seriously, that is a bad blow there Mav, I feel your pain mate, I only hope that this one event didn't spoil your weekend. Thanks for making the long trip over for it.
Old Moker's never die - they just smell that way

It's not whether you win or loose but how you play the game.

Really bad luck Mav. I wish you'd told us and we could have sent out a group SMS or made an announcement etc asking if anyone had seen it.

I presume you've checked with the Caravan Park office?

I know the feeling as I've lost/broken/drowned/driven over several phones in my day  ::) :'(. Apart from the financial cost, losing all the info hurts.

I actually drove Newie Jnr home on Sunday night so that he'd be ready for school Monday and realised halfway there that phone was missing. Had to wait the rest of the 100km trip to get back to Moke Central and find it on the ground next to the Moke where it fell off as I got out - lucky this time.

Hope it still turns up for you somehow  :-\

I don't have that many photos this time personally, but Newie Jnr has a few of the runs. Whatever I have I'll go through and send you copies of the decent ones, but may be a few days until I get to it.

I lost the phone on the drive back from Hanging rock
I dont care about the Phone, its the photos of all the nice mokes I took
I took about 400 photos of all the cars, Idea's I can use and Idea's what not to do.
the rest of the info is in The Clouds, so as soon as I get a new phone, that will all be retrieved

I just hope a few members send me a few photos

cheers all for the BEST moking weekend I ever had

I'm putting a CD together for you Mav, but might take a while for you to get it. The file sizes are too big for me to email them and it takes me forever to shrink them.
