Good luck and safe travels everyone. Unfortunately it's wet over here too at the moment, but at least it's not cold.

And make sure you choose your camping spots carefully out on the Nulla - you might be sharing with 1000 Rebel Bikies. :o

Pity the Mokerists weren't a couple of days ahead - the police could have escorted them in as a back load after they left the bikies at the border.

Truth is the police are not escorting the bikers, they have just got in the way! Police have heard the mokes are on their way and not knowing the schedule will be waiting at the border for you. You have been notified in advance so you have time to make alternative arrangements. Cheers.

You will most likely still get a "Police Escort" as the Wall to Wall 2013 Police Charity Ride will be making there way back from Canberra this week.
The Police Commissioner is once again on the ride with other police officers.http://www.news.com.au/breaking-news/top-cop-heads-to-canberra-for-wall-towall-bike-ride/story-e6frfkp9-1226133724936
